Finance Accounting

We are looking for an Finance Accounting Supervisor who will manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You’ll oversee AP, AR, and junior accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, and work closely with the Finance Controller to deliver clean monthly closings and reliable management reports. What You’ll Do Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and GL postings.

Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments during month-end close. Prepare and review account reconciliations (bank, AP, AR, inventory, intercompany). Maintain accurate general ledger balances and ensure compliance.

Coordinate with other departments to validate supplier invoices, distributor claims, and expense allocations. Support the Finance Controller in monthly closing, audit preparation, and budget tracking. Guide and develop AP/AR staff; improve processes and accounting accuracy.

Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1-2 years of accounting experience in logistic company

Strong knowledge of GL, accruals, and reconciliation processes. Experience leading small teams and working with accounting systems (Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or Odoo). Detail-oriented, reliable under tight timelines, and proactive in solving issues.
