Adecco membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi Field Sales (Temporary Contract) dengan penempatan di Jakarta Selatan. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab mengeksekusi aktivitas akuisisi dan onboarding mitra, mengoordinasikan proses registrasi harian, pendokumentasian, dan penyiapan sistem. Anda juga bertugas melacak prospek dan status aktivasi, berkoordinasi lintas fungsi dengan tim internal untuk menyelesaikan kendala mitra, serta menjaga akurasi data pelaporan performa akuisisi guna memastikan efisiensi operasional harian tercapai dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Acquisition & Onboarding Execution: Coordinate daily acquisition activities, including onboarding, documentation, and system setup, and support acquisition teams with tracking leads, applications, and activation status while ensuring compliance wi; 2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Issue Resolution: Liaise with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely partner activation, and identify process gaps to enhance acquisition efficiency; 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and dashboards for acquisition performance and reporting.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: Diploma 3 from a relevant major; 1 years of experience in sales acquisition, canvassing, trade marketing, or related functions (fresh graduates are welcome to apply); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Clear communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment; Experience in tech or platform-based environments is an advantage; Background in e-commerce, FMCG, IT Electronic sales person will be advantage; Data operating and reporting skills; Must have a valid driving license (SIM) and personal vehicle, preferably a motorcycle, to support daily merchant visits; Willing to work under a temporary contract employment under Adecco.
