Posisi Field Project Manager ini berfokus untuk mendukung proyek Pengumpulan Data AI di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Peran ini memadukan kegiatan Pengembangan Bisnis (Business Development), operasional lapangan, serta koordinasi proyek secara langsung. Anda akan memegang kendali penuh atas identifikasi lokasi bisnis potensial, pembangunan relasi dengan pemilik usaha dan staf, penerapan perangkat pengumpulan data, serta memastikan seluruh rangkaian proses berjalan lancar di lapangan. Peran ini sangat cocok bagi Anda yang menyukai interaksi langsung dengan berbagai pihak, kunjungan lokasi secara aktif, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab penuh terhadap eksekusi harian proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Business Development & Location Acquisition:; Conduct door-to-door outreach to potential locations such as restaurants, cafés, tea shops, computer repair stores, and other suitable businesses; Identify and approach business owners, managers, and relevant decision-makers; Introduce the AI data collection project and obtain permission for participating staff to take part; Build and maintain relationships with participating businesses; Identify new locations and opportunities to support project expansion; Device Deployment & Training:; Visit participating businesses and coordinate the delivery and deployment of data-collection devices; Ensure devices are properly received and ready for use; Explain and demonstrate basic device operation, including how to turn devices on/off and follow collection procedures; Ensure participating staff understand the project requirements; Project & Field Operations:; Coordinate with participating locations throughout the data collection period; Monitor the collection process and follow up on operational issues; Provide on-site support when necessary; Collect devices after the assigned recording period; Return devices and upload the full-day video recordings collected by participating staff; Maintain accurate records of participating locations, devices, schedules, and collection status; Coordinate with the internal project team to ensure smooth project execution.
Kualifikasi: Experience in any of the following areas is an advantage:; Business Development / Sales; Field Sales; Project Coordination; Account Management; Partnership Development; Retail Operations; Merchant Acquisition; On-ground Marketing; AI, robotics, or data collection projects; Previous AI or robotics experience is not mandatory.
