Field Operation in Telecomunication, Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
Tanggung jawab: Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for Rectifier & Battery systems, Transmission Switch equipment, AC & DC Power systems, ODC, Fiber Optic networks, and communication-related issues; Install and commission active power equipment, including batteries, rectifiers, and related power systems; Conduct preventive maintenance activities for power systems and tower infrastructure; Monitor and supervise the activities of the Preventive Maintenance team; Manage and maintain the Preventive Maintenance database and documentation; Prepare and manage routine schedules for Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting activities; Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with operational standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for Power Systems, Tower Infrastructure, and Fiber Optic Networks. (Experience as team lead will be a plus); Strong knowledge of AC & DC Power systems, Rectifiers, Batteries, and Fiber Optic Transmission equipment; Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure and power systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills; Willing to work in a field operations environment and travel when required.
