Kami mencari Field Officer yang berdedikasi untuk mendukung operasional lapangan, khususnya dalam program sertifikasi pertanian seperti Rainforest Alliance, 4C, dan NKG Verified. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan kepatuhan petani terhadap standar keberlanjutan yang ditetapkan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab melakukan audit internal, memberikan pendampingan kepada petani mengenai praktik pertanian yang baik, serta mengelola sistem ketertelusuran (traceability) dalam rantai pasok. Selain itu, Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal selama proses audit dan memastikan setiap temuan ketidaksesuaian ditindaklanjuti dengan tindakan korektif yang tepat.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain and support farmers participating in Rainforest Alliance (RA), 4C Certification, and NKG Verified programs; Manage the Rainforest Alliance certification unit and ensure compliance with applicable certification requirements; Conduct internal audits to assess farmer compliance with certification standards; Monitor improvement activities and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions; Provide guidance and assistance to farmers in implementing certification requirements and good agricultural practices; Coordinate and support external audits, monitor audit results, and ensure the completion of corrective actions throughout the RA certification cycle; Develop of the traceability system for supply chain; Generate daily report to Coordinator Area; Perform other tasks assigned by the coordinator area.
Kualifikasi: Degree holder, in Agricultural, Forestry, and or related with environmental issued; 3-5 years experiences on certification program; Basic English proficiency in both writing and verbal; Preferred having basic computer skills; Having experience on certification coffee product program is a plus; Good personal skills such as: communication, teamwork, self-motivation, proactive, and attention to detail, highly numerate, analytical, accuracy & tight deadline; An ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment; An ability to do multitask, problem solving, fast learner and keep confidentiality; Candidate must be willing to be placed in Lampung, Sumatra Selatan, Bengkulu.
