Paradisus by Melia Bali Nusa Dua adalah resor bintang 5 yang menawarkan pengalaman menginap tak terlupakan bagi tamu. Kami mencari kandidat berbakat untuk bergabung dalam tim kami yang dinamis. Posisi F&B Trainer bertanggung jawab untuk melatih dan mengembangkan keterampilan staf di departemen Food & Beverage agar sesuai dengan standar pelayanan resor bintang 5.
Kualifikasi: Proven experiences minimum 2 years in a similar role at 5-star Hotel / Resort; Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build skills, morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills; Proficiency in English (oral and written); Excellent communication and people skills; Good organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving skills; Time Management efficiency.
