Posisi F&B Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh operasional departemen Food & Beverage, memastikan standar pelayanan tinggi, serta memimpin tim untuk mencapai target operasional dan kepuasan tamu.
Kualifikasi: Proven experiences minimum 2 years in a similar role at 5-star Hotel / Resort; Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build skills, morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills; Proficiency in English (oral and written); Excellent communication and people skills; Good organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving skills; Time Management efficiency.
