PT Catorce is seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Quality Control (QC) to join their production team in Bali. The role involves ensuring that all fashion products meet the company's high standards. The QC will not only identify defects but also analyze why products fail to meet standards and communicate effectively with the production team to implement improvements. The environment is hands-on, requiring someone who is responsible, disciplined, and capable of working with production targets.
Tanggung jawab: Checking product quality; Identifying defects and understanding the root cause; Communicating clearly with the production team to improve product quality.
Kualifikasi: Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK); Previous experience in fashion, garment, apparel, tailoring, or production QC is preferred; Understand basic garment construction, sewing, finishing, and product measurement; Strong attention to detail and able to identify small defects; Able to work accurately and consistently with production targets; Experience checking jackets, pants, leather products, accessories, or detailed fashion products will be an advantage.
