Fashion Brand Operations & Development Management Location: Umalas, Kerobokan – Bali We are an established fashion brand looking for a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive person to work directly alongside the founder and support the next stage of the brand's growth.

This is not a typical assistant role. We are looking for someone who can become a key part of the business, helping with everything from sales and production to operations and administration. Present the brand to boutiques and potential retail partners. Research and develop new business opportunities and wholesale accounts.

Visit stores and maintain relationships with existing clients. Manage stock replenishment and follow up on orders. Assist with production by visiting factories and suppliers to monitor timelines and quality.

Coordinate photoshoots and marketing activities. Handle day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Organize contracts, invoices, deadlines, spreadsheets, and reports.

Manage schedules, meetings, and business planning. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and play an essential role in the growth of an established fashion brand. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to build something meaningful together. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and trustworthy Personal & Business Assistant to support the daily operations of multiple businesses, including an emerging fashion brand and a boutique spa.
