Lead and manage all factory operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.Oversee Production, PPIC, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and related operational functions. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives. Monitor factory performance through KPIs, analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions.Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production costs. Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health & Safety (HSE), and company regulations. Develop and coach supervisors, and production teams to build a high-performance culture.Prepare operational reports, budgets, and strategic recommendations for the Executive Management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Graphic Engineering, or a related discipline.; Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years as a Factory Manager or Senior Production Manager .; Experience in the printing or packaging industry is highly preferred.; Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, OEE, ISO 9001, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.; Proven experience in managing end-to-end factory operations and cross-functional teams.; Strong financial awareness with the ability to manage production costs and operational budgets.; Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.; Able to work under pressure and achieve business targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment..
