Factory Key Representative FKR - Mandarin Speaker

Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field 2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, factory operations, or related functions 3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement 4. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must 5. Able to speak English both spoken and written 6. Experience in footwear manufacturing will be an advantage Job Description

1. Monitor factory performance and ensure compliance with quality issues, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) 2. Coordinate audits, testing activities, and compliance requirements 3. Manage and support factory auditors and quality teams 4. Conduct alignment exercises and audit-related activities 5. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders 6. Driver continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations
