Posisi ini bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan fasilitas dan operasional General Affairs (GA) di tingkat manajerial. Anda akan memimpin operasional fasilitas pada infrastruktur bangunan yang kompleks, termasuk gedung bertingkat atau berisiko tinggi, dengan pengalaman khusus di industri F&B. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pemeliharaan sistem utilitas bangunan, MEP, manajemen limbah B3, serta protokol keselamatan kebakaran. Anda juga akan mengelola kontrol anggaran CAPEX/OPEX, negosiasi kontrak vendor, dan koordinasi lintas departemen. Posisi ini membutuhkan kepemimpinan yang kuat, kemampuan analitis yang tajam, serta keterampilan komunikasi lintas fungsi yang luar biasa.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering) or a related technical discipline; Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, or Engineering, with demonstrated experience in a Division Head / Senior Manager capacity; Strong, proven track record in managing facility operations in High-Rise, Complex, or High-Risk Building Infrastructures; experience within a F&B Company; In-depth knowledge of building utility systems, MEP maintenance, fire safety, B3/hazardous waste management, and emergency response protocols; Demonstrated capability in CAPEX/OPEX budget control, vendor contract negotiations, and multi-department coordination; Exceptional leadership, decision-making, analytical, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
