Air Freight Specialist Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (export & import), from booking to final delivery.
Coordinate with clients, airlines, overseas agents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor shipment status, provide regular updates, and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily operational activities, scheduling, and shipment planning. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Control operational costs and support continuous process improvement.
Prepare operational reports and ensure KPI achievement.
Kualifikasi
- Experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics Operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, import/export procedures, and freight documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients, airlines, and overseas agents.
