Mahatma Gandhi School is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, fostering students' language proficiency, and creating a positive learning environment that supports academic excellence and holistic development.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school's curriculum; Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills; Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment; Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents; Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and reports; Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction; Participate in school events, meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities; Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and student achievement.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in English Education, English Literature, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (experience in an international school is an advantage); Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge, IB, or similar) is preferred; Excellent command of spoken and written English; Strong classroom management and communication skills; Passionate about teaching and committed to continuous professional development; Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment; Available to join immediately (ASAP) is highly preferred.
