Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering management within MEP/construction projects. Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in MEP systems, technical coordination, engineering design, and construction methodologies. Familiarity with BIM/Revit is an advantage. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate technical interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Provide technical leadership and drive engineering excellence to support successful project delivery
