Expert in ship design with strong commercial experience (cost estimation and contract management). Proven leadership skills are essential.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in the shipbuilding/shipyard industry, including 3 years in a managerial role; Experience in commercial or project estimation activities is preferred; Proficient in ship design software such as AutoCAD, Maxsurf, Aveva , or equivalent; Strong understanding of classification society requirements (BKI, ABS, LR, DNV, etc.); Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Lead and oversee ship design activities, including Basic Design, Detail Design, and Production Drawings; Ensure all engineering documents comply with classification society standards and maritime regulations; Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution; Manage technical and commercial aspects to achieve project cost, quality, and schedule targets; Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Engineering team to improve performance and productivity; Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documents before issuance; Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is an advantage.
