Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in the shipbuilding/shipyard industry, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in commercial or project estimation activities is preferred
• Proficient in ship design software such as AutoCAD, Maxsurf, Aveva , or equivalent
• Strong understanding of classification society requirements (BKI, ABS, LR, DNV, etc.)
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Lead and oversee ship design activities, including Basic Design, Detail Design, and Production Drawings
• Ensure all engineering documents comply with classification society standards and maritime regulations
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to achieve project cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Engineering team to improve performance and productivity
• Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documents before issuance
• Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is an advantage. Key Responsibilities
