Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction industry
• Experienced in supervising electrical installation works for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and relevant electrical standards
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
• Familiar with project scheduling, quality control, and construction site coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be placed at project sites as required

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities on site
• Ensure electrical installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Monitor subcontractors and site workers to ensure work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site issues
• Conduct inspections and ensure all electrical works meet quality standards and client requirements
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material specifications before implementation
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures at all times
