Position Summary The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of electrical construction projects from project handover through commissioning and final client acceptance. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate electrical installation activities with civil, architectural, and mechanical disciplines. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones. Manage project risks and resolve technical and commercial issues. Budget & Commercial Management Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts. Track project profitability and cash flow. Manage change orders, variations, and contractual claims. Review subcontractor and supplier payment applications. Ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
