PT Petour Petfood Indonesia (PPI) is the group's Indonesia operation, and we're looking for a driven E-commerce Manager to lead our next growth chapter here. About the Role As E-Commerce Manager, you'll take full ownership of the online sales strategy and performance across our brand portfolio (Bite of Wild, Mr. You'll lead the content creator and livestreamer team and serve as the primary point of accountability to management for all e-commerce performance.

Responsibilities: Own GMV, AOV, traffic, and order growth targets across all marketplace stores for 4 brands. Develop annual and quarterly e-commerce strategy, including targets by platform and by brand.

Lead, coach, and evaluate the content creator, livestream, and e-commerce staff team. Plan team hiring needs (headcount, skill gaps) in coordination with HR. Drive KOL/KOC and affiliate strategy across all brands.

Oversee livestream quality and performance (schedule, GMV targets per session, content standards). Plan the campaign and promo calendar (monthly flash sales, 9.9/10.10/11.11/12.12, Harbolnas, Ramadhan, and Payday). Coordinate with supply chain on SKU-level inventory forecasting per platform.
