Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a motivated E-Commerce Assistant to join our team and support the management of our online sales channels and digital property listings. This role will focus on optimizing online performance, maintaining accurate listings, and maximizing booking opportunities across various e-commerce and OTA platforms. Range Salary: IDR 4,00,000 – 5,000,000 per month The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online presence across OTAs and other digital sales channels. This role works closely with the Reservation, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure property listings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company's revenue objectives.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and update property listings across OTAs and online booking platforms; Ensure all property information, rates, availability, and promotional content are accurate and up to date; Monitor online booking performance and identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue; Coordinate with the Reservation and Revenue teams to implement pricing and promotional strategies; Upload and maintain high-quality property descriptions, photos, and amenities across all platforms; Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support business decisions; Resolve listing issues and coordinate with OTA support teams when necessary; Prepare regular reports on online sales performance, booking trends, and channel effectiveness; Support the implementation of digital campaigns and promotional offers across e-commerce channels; Ensure all online content follows company branding and quality standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, OTA management, Reservations, Revenue Management, or a related role within the hospitality industry; Familiarity with OTAs such as Airbnb and other online distribution channels; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret booking data and performance reports; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities; Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams; Must be domiciled in Bali.
