White Rock Beach Club adalah destinasi gaya hidup mewah yang berlokasi di bagian selatan Bali, tepatnya di jantung Uluwatu, Ungasan, menghadap langsung ke Pantai Melasti. Posisi Director of Marketing and Digital memegang peran penting dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran, pengembangan merek, pemasaran digital, dan pertumbuhan komersial untuk memperkuat posisi beach club di industri pariwisata dan gaya hidup.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field; Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing , with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Proven experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, or tourism industries; Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing, and commercial growth; Proven track record in driving revenue, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and marketing ROI; Strong experience in managing marketing budgets, strategic partnerships, campaigns, and external agencies; Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; Strong understanding of Bali’s hospitality and lifestyle market is highly preferred; Fluent in English , both written and spoken; Creative, commercially driven, strategic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
