About the role We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing / Content Creator to join our dynamic team at PT Formwell Product. In this casual role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across various digital channels. Based in our office in West Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success. What you'll be doing Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience Manage and optimise paid social media and search engine marketing campaigns Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing initiatives

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Do marketing intelligence to monitor market trends and conditions

Engages as coordinator in marketing events including exhibitions, roadshow, open house, etc What we're looking for Proven experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in interior and furniture industry

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content Strong understanding of social media platforms, search engine marketing, and data analytics Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva
