At least 2 years of experience as a team leader in product delivery within the FMCG industry. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools related to distribution. 5. Understanding of distribution systems, logistics, and sales channels in the FMCG industry. 6. Possess a valid driving license (A or C) and knowledge of responsible distribution areas. 7. Willing to work mobile and able to work under pressure and targets.

1. Coordinate the delivery team to ensure the timely distribution of promotional materials and products according to the marketing schedule. 2. Monitor delivery operations and ensure compliance with Garudafood's SOP and service standards. 3. Prepare weekly reports on delivery process effectiveness and evaluate areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to support seamless field promotion activities. 5. Handle operational delivery issues and provide proactive solutions to achieve distribution targets.
