Job Responsibilities Develop production plans based on demand forecasts Create and manage production schedules and track progress

Run MRP and coordinate material supply Optimize and control inventory levels Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and the purchasing team

Manage lead times to ensure on-time delivery Analyze production results vs. plans and prepare reports Guide and train team members

Requirements Mandatory Bachelors degree or above Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company (experience in the automotive or automotive parts manufacturing industry is preferred)

At least 5 years of practical experience in PPIC(Production Planning and Inventory Control) At least 1 year of team management or leadership experience Fluent in English
