PT Pakaian Karya Bangsa is a fast-growing fashion retail business operating an omnichannel model. The company is seeking a highly driven and experienced DC Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound operations, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics activities. The manager will ensure operational excellence, maintain high inventory accuracy, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across all sales channels.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.; Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.; Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, distribution, or fulfillment center environments.; Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory management, outbound fulfillment, shipping operations, and reverse logistics.; Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
