We are PT Karya Antara Negeri & PT Karya Antara Benua trading as Imatutu, our main business is BPO provides 24/7 for our affiliated offices in Australia and New Zealand, established in Denpasar - Bali by June 2023. Due to the expansion of the company, currently we are looking: Data Entry and Client Liaison Staff Role Description:
We are recruiting individuals who can commit to working shifts of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our client. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately input and maintain client details, appointment schedules, and travel requirements in internal systems. Arrange appropriate transportation based on client needs.
Monitor bookings to ensure travel arrangements occur on time. Respond promptly to delays, cancellations, or changes to appointments or travel plans. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
Skills Needed: Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work calmly under time-critical conditions. Comfortable using booking systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. About you:
