Perusahaan ini berfokus pada penyediaan solusi integrasi data perusahaan (enterprise data integration) bagi para pelanggan. Sebagai Data Engineer, Anda akan berperan dalam membangun dan mengimplementasikan solusi integrasi data yang kompleks di lingkungan pelanggan. Tugas utama Anda mencakup analisis kebutuhan integrasi, perancangan pipeline data, hingga pemeliharaan sistem agar data mengalir dengan akurat dan efisien. Anda akan bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim IT pelanggan dan konsultan internal, serta mendapatkan kesempatan pengembangan profesional melalui pelatihan Informatica dan sertifikasi terkait untuk memperluas keahlian di bidang implementasi solusi data enterprise.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze customer data sources, target systems, and integration requirements; Design, develop, configure, and maintain data pipelines connecting databases, APIs, and files; Implement data mappings, transformations, validation rules, and incremental loading; Configure connections, scheduling, error handling, monitoring, and recovery procedures; Test data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and processing performance; Deploy integration workflows across development, testing, and production environments; Troubleshoot pipeline failures, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks; Prepare technical documentation, including mappings, configuration records, and operational procedures; Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal consultants during implementation and handover; Complete Informatica training and apply the knowledge to implementation projects.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; Preferably 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production data pipelines; Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and query optimization; Hands-on experience developing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines; Practical Python skills for data processing, integration, and automation; Experience with at least one relational database, such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL; Experience integrating data from databases, REST APIs, and structured files; Understanding of incremental loading, duplicate prevention, retries, and safe pipeline reruns; Familiarity with data modeling, data quality checks, and source-to-target reconciliation; Working knowledge of Linux, authentication, permissions, and connectivity troubleshooting; Familiarity with Git and version control practices; Ability to read English technical documentation and learn new platforms independently; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work directly with customer technical teams; Experience with an ETL or workflow orchestration platform; Exposure to data warehouses and cloud data platforms; Experience implementing solutions in customer environments; Familiarity with deployment automation, monitoring, and secure credential management; Previous exposure to Informatica or other enterprise data integration tools.
