Anda akan menangani pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telepon dan saluran digital, memberikan informasi yang akurat, menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan, dan membantu memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang positif.
Tanggung jawab: Handle customer inquiries through phone and digital channels; Provide accurate information; Resolve customer concerns; Deliver a positive customer experience.
Kualifikasi: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented and professional when handling inquiries and complaints; Comfortable handling inbound calls throughout the day; Able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
