Job Description Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications and requests. Maintain invoicing process to customers. Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors time by time.
Requirement Has experience minimum 3 years as Customer Service with Manufacturing background. Familiar with SAP.
