This role is titled Customer Service , but the primary responsibilities involve Quality Checking and assigning mystery shoppers. This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field; Good command of the English language; Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong negotiation skills; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Willing to work in day or night shift; Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta; Point Plus If You Have:; Experience in Customer Service and international exposure..
