WATCH CONTINENT Group is a leading watches distributor in Indonesia. Having own luxury watches boutique and more than 70 location of retailers across Indonesia. CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER STAFF DESCRIPTION & MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face • Respond promptly to customer inquiries • Handle and resolve customer complaints

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries • Maintain customer databases • Manage administration

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments & brand principal • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process • Monitoring the team’s performance

REQUIREMENTS • Minimal 2 years of experience as Customer Service • Bachelor degree in any major or equivalent
