Star Wagen Indonesia adalah diler komersial resmi untuk Mercedes Benz serta distributor resmi untuk SANY SRT100S, alat konstruksi jalan SAKAI, dan produk ATLAS COPCO di Indonesia, dengan dukungan dari perusahaan induk Putra Perkasa Abadi. Posisi Culture & Engagement Associate di Jakarta ini memegang peran penting dalam mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan inisiatif employee branding, engagement, dan employee value proposition untuk memperkuat pengalaman karyawan dan mendukung budaya organisasi.
Tanggung jawab: Develop internal employee branding strategies to strengthen the employee value proposition and support organizational culture; Develop and implement end-to-end employee culture and engagement programs, including employee engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives; Administer and support the Performance Management process, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals; Manage, analyze, and prepare performance appraisal reports to support decisions related to employee development, promotion, and talent review; Coordinate with the People Acquisition & Development team to identify competency gaps and support employee development initiatives based on performance evaluation results.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in Culture & Engagement, Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field; Good understanding of employee branding, employee value proposition, employee engagement, and organizational culture; Familiarity with employee engagement surveys and the development of follow-up initiatives; Good understanding of performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and prepare reports; Good understanding of talent review, promotion processes, and employee development initiatives; Strong coordination and communication skills when working with People & Culture and other departments; Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken; Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs.
