IndoPanda berfokus pada pengembangan talenta Mandarin yang kompetitif secara internasional di Indonesia. Posisi ini mencari pelatih untuk mengajar matematika tingkat SMA dalam bahasa Mandarin, dengan kurikulum CSCA (Chinese Scholastic Competency Assessment).
Tanggung jawab: Deliver CSCA courses in Mathematics based on students’ academic levels; Design and implement structured teaching plans aligned with the CSCA syllabus; Provide personalized academic guidance to help students overcome learning difficulties and improve performance; Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic evaluations, and provide constructive feedback; Encourage active classroom participation to develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and academic communication skills.
Kualifikasi: Strong academic background in Mathematics; knowledge of Physics or Chemistry is a plus; Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (teaching or CSCA-related experience is a plus); Able to teach and communicate academically in Chinese; Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital teaching tools; Patient, responsible, and able to motivate students to achieve learning goals; Available to teach in the afternoon and evening on weekdays.
