Responsibilities Supervise crew recruitment, selection, and deployment based on vessel operational requirements. Plan, coordinate, and monitor crew changes to ensure timely crew rotation and uninterrupted vessel operations. Verify the validity and compliance of crew documents, certifications, licenses, medical certificates, and Seaman Books in accordance with STCW and applicable maritime regulations. Maintain and update crew records, databases, and documentation accurately. Coordinate with Marine Operations, Technical, Port Agents, and other stakeholders regarding crew assignments and mobilization. Monitor crew competency, availability, and performance to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare periodic reports on crewing activities, crew movements, manpower status, and recruitment progress. Ensure all crewing activities comply with company policies, maritime regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Crewing Supervisor within the maritime industry. Strong knowledge of STCW Convention, maritime regulations, crew certification, and crewing administration. Good understanding of vessel operations, crew competency requirements, and crew scheduling. Experience using Crew Management Systems (CMS) or similar crewing software is an advantage.
