Posisi Crewing Officer bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola proses rekrutmen kru, kepatuhan regulasi maritim, kesejahteraan, serta kesiapan operasional kapal untuk armada kapal Tanker dan General Cargo milik perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup pengaturan jadwal rotasi kru, pengelolaan sertifikasi dan dokumen pelaut sesuai standar internasional (seperti STCW dan MLC 2006), serta penanganan masalah kesejahteraan dan keadaan darurat di atas kapal.
Tanggung jawab: manage the timeline and end-to-end crewing recruitment process for the company's fleet, Tanker & general Cargo vessel with qualified and competent crew in accordance with international maritime regulations and company requirements, including STCW (St; Manage crew certification, licenses, medical examinations, visas, travel arrangements, and training records to ensure full regulatory compliance; Manage crew rotation plans to optimize the continuity of seafarers' availability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness; Ensure all crew documentation, contracts and personnel records are maintained accurately and confidentially; Manage crew welfare and crisis management matters: disciplinary action, emergency responses for medical issues or onboard accidents, grievances, and ensure the crew welfare is effective and competitive with to build positive working environment onboa; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to crew utilization, competency, and training compliance to build a highly competent workforce and increase crew retention and engagement; Work closely with operations, technical division, and DPA / QHSE teams to ensure vessels are safely and fully manned at all times; Job Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Shipping Management, or a related field; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in crewing/manning , preferably within a shipping company managing Tanker and/or General Cargo vessels; Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, Flag State requirements, and other applicable maritime regulations; Proven experience in seafarer recruitment, crew planning, crew rotation, certification, documentation, and crew change arrangements; Experience handling crew welfare, grievances, disciplinary matters, and emergency/incident coordination; Good understanding of crew competency, training requirements, and seafarer retention; Strong English communication skills , both written and spoken; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ; experience with a Crew Management System (CMS) is an advantage; Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Able to manage multiple vessels and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment; Willing to be available outside regular working hours for urgent crew changes, emergencies, or vessel-related matters.
