As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Country Dev Assistant Manager to lead and oversee our operations abroad. Location: Overseas placement Employment Type: Full-time Minimum 5 years of experience in international business management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry . Strong background in sales & marketing with proven leadership in driving business growth. Excellent communication and cross-cultural management skills. Willingness to be placed overseas, but for the time being still in Indonesia Strong adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving mindset in dynamic markets.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee commercial and operational (distribution) aspects of the business in the assigned country; Drive sales, marketing, and market expansion strategies; Manage local teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets; Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and market standards; Build strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and local authorities; Provide strategic insights to headquarters on market opportunities and challenges.
