COST & STOCK CONTROL

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Cost Control, Inventory Control, or a similar role (F&B experience is preferred). Strong understanding of inventory management, food cost, and stock control procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.

Able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports. Honest, responsible, and able to work independently. Good communication skills and able to work with multiple departments.

Conversational English is required.
