The Corporate Reservation Manager will be based at The Balé, Nusa Dua, and is responsible for leading the reservations team within a luxury hospitality environment. This role requires a strong understanding of reservation procedures, room inventory, rate structures, and OTA management to drive operational excellence across multiple properties.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the reservations team; Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with SOPs; Manage room inventory, rate structures, and distribution channels; Coordinate effectively with property teams and corporate stakeholders; Drive continuous operational improvement.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, including supervisory or managerial experience; Strong leadership and people management skills; Strong understanding of reservation procedures, room inventory, rate structures, and OTA management; Proficient in hotel PMS platforms (VHP/GuestPro experience is an advantage); Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
