1. Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making. 2. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning. 3. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and funding requirements.

4. Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies for property development projects. 5. Evaluate investment opportunities, project profitability, and financial performance. 6. Prepare financial presentations and reports for management, shareholders, and investors.

7. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding financing activities. 8. Support loan applications, refinancing processes, and other corporate financing initiatives. 9. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
