Posisi ini ditempatkan di salah satu perusahaan afiliasi yang bergerak di industri Wellness & Fitness. Peran ini bersifat proaktif dan analitis untuk mendukung inisiatif pertumbuhan perusahaan melalui ekspansi bisnis, kemitraan strategis, analisis investasi, dan keterlibatan investor. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi identifikasi peluang pertumbuhan, evaluasi inisiatif bisnis baru, pengembangan kemitraan strategis, penyusunan analisis bisnis dan investasi, serta mendukung komunikasi dengan investor dan pemangku kepentingan utama.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and evaluate new business, partnership, and expansion opportunities; Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support growth strategies; Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, landlords, franchise prospects, and business partners; Identify and develop B2B opportunities, including corporate wellness initiatives; Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, investment analyses, and commercial proposals; Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support strategic decision-making; Support the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives; Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, and key business stakeholders; Prepare management and investor presentations, business updates, and performance reports; Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other teams to execute strategic initiatives; Monitor business performance, market developments, risks, and opportunities; Support other strategic projects assigned by Management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields; 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategy, Investment, Partnership, Consulting, or related fields; Strong analytical and commercial mindset with good business judgment; Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment; Preferred: Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, consumer, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location businesses.
