Moshu Jiuba is a premium Mandarin-inspired bar located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, offering a unique experience that blends fine dining, cocktails, and entertainment with a modern Chinese concept. The kitchen team is dedicated to delivering high-quality culinary experiences to their guests. The Cook (Shaokao) will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in maintaining the quality and consistency of the grilled/shaokao menu. This role requires a strong passion for culinary arts, specifically in grilled food and Chinese BBQ, along with a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn and uphold the restaurant's high standards.
