1920 Lounge & Dining is a hospitality establishment dedicated to providing high-quality dining experiences for our lounge and dining guests. We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team and contribute to our high standards of food preparation and service. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipe standards. You will manage your station to ensure it remains clean and food-safe at all times, while also overseeing prep work and stock management. This position requires availability for late evening shifts, as the kitchen's last order is at midnight.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards; Maintain station cleanliness and food safety standards; Manage prep work and stock levels; Work late evening shifts (kitchen last order is at midnight).
Kualifikasi: At least 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge; Experience with pizza or Western cuisine is a plus; Able to work under pressure; Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Benefit: Base salary; 3 points service charge.
