This role involves reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while safeguarding the Company’s and Group’s interests. You will be responsible for managing contractual and commercial risks by supporting contract negotiation, monitoring contractual obligations and performance, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders on contract and tender management matters.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law; Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Legal or Contract Management; Preferably have exposure to Contract Management and Tender Management; Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
