BTS Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta membuka kesempatan magang bagi individu yang ingin berkontribusi selama 3 hingga 6 bulan. Perusahaan sangat memprioritaskan mahasiswa tahun akhir yang siap berkomitmen penuh untuk program magang selama 6 bulan serta memiliki ambisi besar untuk bergabung secara permanen sebagai karyawan penuh waktu setelah masa magang berakhir. Melalui program ini, peserta akan mendapatkan pengalaman mendalam mengenai keseharian seorang Konsultan BTS sekaligus kesempatan untuk membuktikan kecocokan kualifikasi diri dengan peran dan budaya perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: An outstanding Degree from a top university augmented by skills in presentation, delivery, and financial analysis; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Knowledge of another Asian language will be looked upon favorably; Interest in finance, leadership and innovation; Proven presentation and facilitation skills; A mature and professional demeanor; Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively; Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages; Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case study competitions, consulting clubs, domestic/international travel, public speaking); Application Process - please follow these instructions closely:; The heading of your Cover Letter should include the period of your intended internship and availability date; Your cover letter should explain your interest in BTS; Your CV should not exceed 2 pages; Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to shortlisted candidates; #LI-Onsite.
