BTS Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta membuka kesempatan magang bagi individu berbakat yang siap berkomitmen menjalani program selama 3 hingga 6 bulan. Kami memberikan prioritas khusus bagi mahasiswa tahun akhir yang dapat meluangkan waktu magang penuh selama 6 bulan serta memiliki ambisi besar untuk bergabung bersama BTS sebagai karyawan tetap setelah masa magang selesai. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai keseharian seorang Konsultan BTS, sekaligus membuka peluang bagi Anda untuk membuktikan kesesuaian kompetensi dan budaya kerja di perusahaan kami. Sebagai Business Analyst Intern, Anda akan dilibatkan dalam berbagai proyek strategis yang menuntut kemampuan analitis, penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta keterampilan presentasi yang prima. Peran ini menuntut Anda untuk berkolaborasi secara erat dengan tim konsultan, mengasah keahlian dalam pemecahan masalah bisnis, serta menunjukkan kedewasaan profesional dan ketertarikan yang tinggi pada bidang konsultasi manajemen, keuangan, dan inovasi korporat.
Kualifikasi: An outstanding Degree from a top university augmented by skills in presentation, delivery, and financial analysis; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required. Knowledge of another Asian language will be looked upon favorably; Interest in finance, leadership and innovation; Proven presentation and facilitation skills; A mature and professional demeanor; Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively; Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages; Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case study competitions, consulting clubs, domestic/international travel, public speaking); Application Process - please follow these instructions closely:; The heading of your Cover Letter should include the period of your intended internship and availability date; Your cover letter should explain your interest in BTS; Your CV should not exceed 2 pages; Due to the large volume of applications we receive, we can only respond to shortlisted candidates; #LI-Onsite.
