Content & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing, sales follow-up and project coordination work at Loren Ng Designs. This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how marketing, sales and project delivery work together inside a growing design and build company. Most of your time will be spent creating and publishing content, editing videos, updating marketing materials, maintaining records, following up on tasks and helping the team keep projects organised.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We are looking for someone who is organised, resourceful, comfortable with detailed work and willing to learn. As you grow, you will gradually have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, reporting, systems and growth initiatives. Your main responsibility will be supporting the execution of our marketing activities.

You will: Create social media carousels and simple graphics in Canva Edit Reels and short-form videos in CapCut

Write and adapt captions based on content direction provided Schedule and publish social media content Maintain the content calendar

Collect photos, videos and project information from the team Organise content files and marketing assets Upload and format website articles
