Job Summary The CRM & Marketing Analyst will co-own the CRM programme with the Singapore-based CRM team in retail industry, bringing analytical rigour to customer data, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programme performance. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a professional with strong technical skills and a proven track record of turning customer data into measurable business outcomes. This role provides operational support to the client's core Singapore / International team. Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

CRM & Customer Analytics Analyse member data to identify behavioural patterns, segment trends, and lifecycle opportunities. Own loyalty programme health tracking—retention, churn, reactivation, spend per member, and tier migration.

Build and maintain customer segmentation frameworks to support targeting and personalisation. Translate data findings into actionable CRM initiatives. KPI: Increase in active member retention rate and targeted reduction in segment churn quarter-over-quarter.
