Job Description: Retail Audit and Market Performance Analysis Analyze NielsenIQ RMS Retail Audit data across total market, category, brand, SKU, channel, region, price tier, and segment levels. Diagnose market share movements using drivers such as sales value and volume, numeric and weighted distribution, rate of sale, price index, promotion, assortment, channel mix, regional dynamics, and competitor activity. Translate retail audit findings into actionable recommendations for brand plans, sales priorities, pricing, distribution, assortment, trade support, and competitor response.

Consumer Panel Analysis Analyze Consumer Panel data from Kantar Worldpanel and/or Nielsen CPS to understand household purchasing behavior and source of growth. Interpret household penetration, purchase frequency, buying rate, spend per buyer, volume per buyer, repeat purchase, loyalty, switching, recruitment, retention, buyer profile, trip behavior, and channel behavior. Use panel insights to identify growth opportunities, brand risks, consumer segment shifts, portfolio opportunities, and shopper behavior changes.

Qualitative and Quantitative Research Leadership Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects, including business issue clarification, research brief development, methodology selection, agency briefing, questionnaire or discussion guide review, sample design, fieldwork monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Ensure research designs are methodologically sound, commercially relevant, and appropriate for the business question. Manage research agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time, within budget, and with strong fieldwork quality control.
