The Construction Superintendent is responsible for supervising daily field construction activities across assigned work packages in mining or heavy industrial environments. This role ensures that all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Superintendent directs subcontractor crews and construction personnel, manages manpower and equipment allocation, and monitors progress against the project schedule. They act as a primary point of contact for resolving on-site issues, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring that all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols are strictly followed.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Field Supervisor, with prior exposure to mining or heavy industrial projects; Strong field supervision skills with a proven ability to manage multiple subcontractor crews; Working knowledge of construction scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and daily progress reporting; Solid understanding of HSE standards and permit-to-work systems in remote mine-site environments; Willing to be placed at a remote mine site and follow a roster-based work schedule; Strong hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
