Posisi Construction Manager di industri layanan IT berlokasi di Batam dan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin aktivitas konstruksi situs untuk pembangunan pusat data (data center). Lingkup pekerjaan meliputi penanganan infrastruktur daya, pendingin, tata letak ruang putih, sistem pembatas, dan pekerjaan pendukung lainnya. Peran ini mengharuskan Anda mengelola para kontraktor dan vendor spesialis di berbagai bidang seperti mekanikal, elektrikal, perpipaan (MEP), sipil, struktural, arsitektural, kontrol, proteksi kebakaran, keamanan, hingga infrastruktur jaringan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead site construction activities for data center development, including power, cooling, white space fit-out, containment, and enabling works; Manage contractors and specialist vendors across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, structural, architectural, controls, fire protection, security, and network infrastructure works; Oversee daily site execution, construction schedules, logistics, access control, permits, inspections, and progress monitoring; Coordinate work across trades, resolve site issues, and ensure delivery against project milestones; Enforce safety standards through toolbox talks, site audits, incident management, and corrective actions; Maintain quality standards, including inspection and test plans, non-conformance resolution, punch list closure, and construction closeout; Coordinate with commissioning and operations teams to ensure testing readiness, complete documentation, and smooth handover; Prepare progress reports covering site activities, upcoming work, constraints, risks, and escalation items; Support project and commercial teams in validating progress claims, identifying variations, and ensuring compliance with the agreed scope; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: 5–8 years of experience leading data center and/or mission-critical construction projects; Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary site teams; Strong knowledge of MEP and critical infrastructure systems, including construction, commissioning, and handover processes; Solid understanding of construction quality controls, inspections, non-conformance management, change control, and project closeout; Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or SharePoint; Based in Batam or willing to relocate, with availability for occasional regional travel; Experience with high-density or AI-ready data center infrastructure is preferred; An engineering qualification or formal trade background, site safety credentials, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous.
